Pancake City is Kirksville's finest breakfast establishment. We have flipped pancakes, baked biscuits, and sizzled sausage for 27 years. We've built quite a reputation for generous portions big enough for the traveling man or woman. Our plates are generous enough to satisfy even the biggest of college appetites.  Everyone knows about Kirksville's Pancake City.

We personally invite any resident or passerby to visit our restaurant, for breakfast or to just hang out.  You're guaranteed to go away satisfied with your meal and pleased with our friendly service.  Pancake City is a great place to eat in Kirksville.

  • Welcome TSU students Pancake City would like to welcome all the new TSU students and returning students to Kirksville.  If this is your first time here I would like to tell you a little bit about Pancake City.  We opened in 1983 and are locally owned.  We have served thousands of students over the years and look forward to serving you.  Our hours have changed a little over the last couple of years but we are still open on Friday and Saturday late nights.  I hope your time in Kirksville is everything you want it to be and I hope you will let us serve you while you're here.
